Diversified Packaging Methods
Choose packing that suits both transport and the way you receive, store and sell your products. Share your product mix and packing requirements so we can review the options for your order.
Available formats include plastic bags, cartons, inner boxes, head cards and wooden packing. Packing quantities can be discussed around your sales requirements. Branded packaging is subject to the applicable minimum order quantity.
Confirm whether products should be packed separately or in mixed packs, and provide the required label or packaging artwork for review.
Review Nesting for Mixed Sizes
For suitable orders of PVC trunking or conduit in different sizes but the same length, smaller products may be nested inside larger ones to reduce packing volume.
The packing plan depends on the actual sizes and quantities. Send the quantity of each size, or an estimated proportion if the quantities are still being finalised, so we can assess the product mix and prepare an initial estimate.
Nesting suitability and any volume reduction must be confirmed for the proposed order.
Check Suitability Before Inverted Packing
An inverted packing arrangement may be considered for some trunking profiles. It is not suitable for every product: thin profiles can be crushed or deformed, and heavy goods should not be stacked on top of inverted packs.
Cover placement depends on the profile and the space available within the pack. Confirm the packing arrangement with us before ordering so that volume reduction is considered alongside product protection.
Coding and In-line Marking for Your PVC Products
Hi-res inkjet technology prints directly on to the pvc substract in the manufacturing or packaging line. All kinds of information, including logos, barcodes, QR codes and texts can be printed, while integrating innovative traceability on your pvc products.

Where barcodes are included, agree the barcode details and request a scan-result photo as part of the inspection photo set. Confirm the label information and packing requirements before production.

Our flexible conduit products are carefully wrapped in durable plastic bags to protect them from dust, moisture, and damage during transit and storage. Each bag is equipped with a detailed label that provides essential information about the product, including specifications, usage instructions, and your brand’s logo. These labels ensure that the products are easily identifiable and that customers have all the necessary information at their fingertips.
